What do you mean through RBS?
You can't buy concert tickets through a bank!
Do you mean an RBS credit card, because that would be irrelevant?! It would depend on what ticket agency you used.

It seems nobody has recieved their manchester tix yet, more to do with ticketmaster than the credit card used.... dont worry about it (i know thats hard) they will come eventually ticketmaster jus like to keep us dangling like fools!!

yes you can. absolutely no need to mock somebody just because you haven't heard of it.

in answer to the question, when i worked at rbs we were generally told that tickets were despatched in line with ticketmaster etc. i wouldn't worry, they'll all be here soon. it may be worth giving the royalties gold line a ring to double check they've got your order and desptach details correct, though.

Non employess of RBS wouldn't know about schemes like this. I work for another Bank and unfortunately we don't have anything like this. (cheap-skates)!
