Ours may be held up because we have paid for the backstage bar add-on, so maybe they haven't organised that bit yet

I still haven't had mine. I called The Ticket Factory and they assured me they had been dispatched. Not too thrilled my £200 Golden Circle tickets are being sent standard post, thought they might have been recorded delivery!

Our DC tickets are being sent to my parents as it's their card we booked on.
When we asked them if they'd been delivered yet their response: "Oh, the postman only tends to appear a couple of times a week".

Going to have all kind of problems if they don't turn up..... to collect replacement at box office requires the credit card along with photo ID to match the name on credit card.
Obviously I don't have either!!!

I've got a similar problem...I borrowed my friend's Barclaycard so that I could get GC tickets in their pre-sale. The tickets are being posted to her (she's not going to the concert) but if they don't show up I too am going to have trouble getting my hands on replacements!

I have had this happen before. It was quite straight forward to sort out though. A call to the ticket agent with purchase details (last 4 digits of card number) and a request to change name for collection with photo ID as proof on collect. Took all of 1min 30secs on the phone.
