yep, like showing 1.5 hours late without announcement while the crowd is waiting and where the venue stopped selling alcohol 15 minutes prior to the 'scheduled' start of the show.....

hate him eversince.... :P
That is a shame. This must be the first bad thing I've ever heard about a Bruce show. Any idea why he was late? Was it his fault? And the venue not selling alcohol is hardly his fault!!

no word about it - 1.5 hours later the crowd started boooing and when he did come out he started playing and I don't think he said a word to the crowd the entire time

venue not selling alcohol is of course not his fault, but it adds to the crowds' aggrevation - that's all.

) I`ve seen many artists many shows. The feeling I get when I am a Bon Jovishow is incredible..nothing compares with that. But when I have to be honest...I once saw Tina Turner and she did the most incredible show I`ve ever seen. I have been standing front row( of course 0 qand have been watching this whole show being so amazed and impressed. She is one hell of an artist. There is no better one ...sorry Jon, but she is simply the best!

Interesting.. it would be interesting to know why though. Like I said, I've never heard anything bad about him so this really surprises me.
You should give him another chance though - he's worth it!

I know traffic was absolutely horrible that day - it took us 1.5 hours to get there and 40 min to get back. So, possibly he was stuck in traffic?

Any reason would have been fine - just announce it and don't make people think he'll come out any minute, when in fact it will take another hour

Either way, if he comes again to a decent venue, I'll give him another try (don't REALLY hate him you know :P )
