yes MK security wasnt great, and the over crowding and the lights being out when the show ended caused havoc finding our way back to the car!

Yvonne's completely right, they won't say a thing....

I've taken a camera to most of the concerts I've been to over the last few years (and that's a lot), and I've (well actually it was Tom) had something said once, and that was because we were on the front row, and they asked us not to use flash, but having a camera was no problem....

Take you camera', wear it around you neck, and I still dont think they'd say anything.

Officially you can't take a camera into any concert, but in reality nobody will ever tell you not too, too many people do it, and nobody cares at all....

At a Jethro Tull gig (actually where we were asked to turn the flash off, but once everybody stood up they could'nt do anything) the band were possing for photo's!

Well, at Jon's solo gig in Hamburg 1997 they took away all cameras they found. Even one-way-cameras. It's always a risk. Don't be too sure.

I'm guessing it's down to the band, and management what goes on, they'll be the ones who brief the security on how it's going to be done.

It's disgusting that they'd take camera's off people, it would be like telling attractive women they can't lift their tops... it's just part of the enjoyement of the show!

All of you guys going to European shows: these cameras sold at merchandise stands for $15 US dollars are, from what I've heard, awful. Almost every person I've known who has bought one has had their pictures develop horribly. I'd hate to see the same thing happen to one of you. If you absolutely cannot bring a camera in, but they're selling these, I guess you could try your best, but I'd suggest smuggling your own (even if it's your own disposable camera by Kodak or Fuji) in. Hope this helps!

As the back of the Hyde Park ticket states:

NO PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS, VIDEO RECORDERS OR ANY FORM OF AUDIO VISUAL OR AUDIO RECORDING EQUIPMENT ALLOWED IN THE EVENT SITE.

It does not say NO CAMERAS, so lets get one thing clear people TAKE THEM! I am going to, and like i've said before i'm going to get some cracking pictures of Richie!!!!!!! Oh and Jon.
