That's true, but it's apparent there is a demand for them since the tours sells pretty well, and the floor seats are always sold out and often times way above the 200 dollars that you stated.

Not in my house if they want that sort of money they can go get a job. I think for most cases this is true of the UK

different bands different rules

I think the ticket prices are pretty high this year for GC, but yet manchester GA was about the same price as 2006, but once you've done GC once you feel the need to do it again. However next year we will be only doing one gig in GC where as last year we did one in GC and one GA.

as a comparison we are going to see the manics in december and have paid £40 for 2 tickets and people were complaining about these prices too. I don't think it's too bad especially as it's a small venue where you can get really close and the manics are very good to their fans and if you wait around afterwards they always come out to have piccies taken, sign autographs, chat about which cafe sells the best egg and chips etc. Personally i love both bands equally. I love the manics as they are fantastic musicians and are very down to earth not taken fame to their heads (i know their popularity is really low now compared to in the late 90's) and their gigs are small and simple and don't cost the earth, but then Bon Jovi are a different league when it comes to live gigs, just the sheer size of the stadiums, the huge stage sets, and the longer sets is worth the cost to me.
