I also very much doubt the band had anything to do with setting the price as it was not part of a Bon Jovi tour.

You could have known earlier that they won't play anything from Fahrenheit and These Days. The only country where they play one song from Fahrenheit is Japan from time to time (Tokyo Road) and since These Days was a flop in the USA they rarely to never play something from it there. Just watch earlier setlists from the USA.

In Europe they play something from These Days here and there.

I can't judge about anything else you wrote since I wasn't there but when I watched the setlist I also thought that it didn't have anything special. Always the same songs.

Im sorry you had such a crap time

That setlist is a near barbon copy of the bounce tour, same songs, Richie singing IBTFY, ending with shout. I know il be reading reviews before I buy more than one ticket for the next tour. Theres no way im gonna see 5-6 shows all ending with F'ing shout

I am sorry you didn't have a great time ....but I am not sure why you thought you will get some Farhenheit songs or These Days songs ... they hardy play them so you will be happier if yoou don't expect those songs at your next Jovi show (I hope you will do some more shows even if you were disappointed)

I am surprised the show was this short as it was a real Jovi show not a show they were invited to ....

I think they tried to make a different setlist by removing shout and bad medecine which is a good move .... but if the fans who do a lot of shows are happy to say bye bye to shout and BM the regular ppl might think ... hey why didn't they play BM... this is always this way toough to please everyone .....

I just want the guys to be happy to be on stage and to be happy to perform ....I go to a show to enjoy the guys 's music but I want them to enjoy to be there too

Default Wake Up Peeps!

If only Jon could reqad this. Let's get one thing straight, first and foremost, I had seats to the left of the stage, we all saw Ritchie plain as daylight, He was NOT late! Secondly, reading other sites reviews, Jon was apparently hung over and not up to par, which explains his lethargic moves onstage,l and, you're wrong missy. I have been to some BJ concerts and I must say, in 89 they set up an elaborate stage at a venue way up north in Michigan called Castle Farms and they had 3 big screen type TVs or video screens for all to see. They came to play and left leaving everyone breathless. Lets get the facts straight, Jon is purely a business man, number one, he IS the leader of his band, number two, he owns an arena football team which clearly reading some articles, he is totally focused on that. Opening up with LOAP was great, and I would be PISSED if he closed with shout! Probably go postal. I am a very hard working class man just like many of you folks out there BUT, the bottom line is, he experimented with playing a F*@king country song on that set list which is supposed to air on CMT. BJ on CMT? Give me a break! Having said that, IF he were to reintroduce the songs from "These Days" and try to inject those songs into American hearts, he might have a better fan following yet! I ask everyone of you to listen to "These Days" a couple of times over. You will hear what I hear. A damn good album that Jon failed to promote, perhaps some of the best music he and the band ever wrote or played. "These Days" is an album of the true street life today. The everyday living of common folk like us. Had he promoted it more, I guarantee it would have gotten more exposure, BUT, to top it off, they didn't play several of their big hits, such as "In These Arms" one of my all time favorites which shows their true musical abilities from singing to playing. Always, Thank You For Loving Me, Saturday Night, etc., etc., the list goes on and on. As long as you people continue to support this bullshit ripoff for his lame excuses, he will continue to give you Shout and BRX shows!! Stand up and say no more, let him know, you want to see his "TRUE" talent.

First off, stop blaming Jon for all of your issues with the band as it is today. There's 4 other guys on that stage too, no one is shouting orders at them. Second, you're throwing a hissy fit because your personal favorites weren't planned? So what do you suggest, we all boycot the band till your fav songs get played? It's a little naive to think These Days didn't take off in the states merely because Jon is lazy. The music simply didn't fit in with what was being played in America, end of story.

I don't know, I'm just not agreeing with you. Everyones entitled to their opinions, just don't scream them as fact.

Default First of all...

First of all,

Little Dick. You are WAY too young to be shooting your mouth off at me. Secondly, I seen BJ at his best while you weren't even BORN!!! Now, I do have the Monies to meet you and kick your A@s into oblivion but then again you probably don't even have a Job! Again I say, I work my a@s off to pay for $100 plus tickets to see a show that I expected to be purely professional, NOT at his own calling or to his personal liking. I don't give a rats a@s if Jon was hung over, he owed it to the people that paid top dollar to see that show! On another note, "These Days" can still be promoted as a "ReMaster" with maybe a new song attached but little sh@ts like you wouldn't know that, Dig Ass@*le! Good, now give me someone a little more intelligent to talk to ok little one?

Red Rocker all theeeeeeeeeee way, A@s

Shooting my mouth off? Calm down. Everything I said, I said it respectfully and calmly. Leave age out of this. You're the one going on about "Him" and "His". It's a 5 man band. For someone who's loved them long, you should know that.

do you think your special because you worked your ass off to get tickets? May I ask how everyone else got tickets? Were they beamed down from a spaceship and given out. Everyone works hard to get what they want. So you weren't satisfied, that's fine. Just don't speak for me and how I feel about the band.

You sure used a lot of four letter words. Don't talk down to me, it's not very respectable. And you're dreaming if you think they'll rerelease these days with a new track and go out on the road to promote it. You're living in the past. It failed in america, and it's done. It was LITERALLY 10 years ago. Seriously, calm down if you're going to debate something.

I felt sorry for you until this. Yer an idiot. Captain Jovi has as much right to an opinion as you. As for These Days potentially still being promoted and being a success, you have just shown your level of stupidity. Its 10 years old. Its a great album but its done and dusted. Move on. And they promoted that album big time. In Europe it was huge. America didnt want to listen to Bon Jovi or any "hair-band" in 1995, the album wasnt particularly commercial, thats why it flopped. If they put an extra track on it now and tried promoting it, it would flop and they would be crucified for selling out(even more).

If you expeced These Days and 7800 songs, you dont follow this band at all. In These Arms?? Have you heard Jon trying to sing it in recent years?????? As for Jon's performance, if he was hungover then that is inexcusable, but as great as he is as a front man potentially, hes been phoning it in for a while now, as have the rest of the band. If yer gonna take a pop, then they are all responsible. Funny how Jon is held accountable for all that is wrong but they all get the credit when things go right.

In conclusion, you are a muppet. If you paid $100 for a Bon Jovi ticket, expected to see the 1980's-1990's version of the band playing songs from These Days and 7800 then you deserved to be ripped off. Personally I feel sorry for your fiance!!! How someone as ignorant as you managed to get engaged escapes me and defies logic.

Default Little girl...

Obviously I am tlking to a very young woman too! I am not saying re-release 'These Days" with a couple new songs and promote it. I am merely say, release it as a Remaster with a couple of new cuts! Period! Like I said, I have been a BJ fan longer than either of you were sucking on your thumbs or crying to have your diaper changed! Needless to say, you both are entitled to your opinions. Perhaps you and Captain Jovi might want to hook up for a one night stand and play "Gimme Something For The Pain" or perhaps "Lie To Me". "These Days" was recorded and released for 1995, in a time when Grunge was ruling the world. Just like Def Leppard did with the album "Slang". Mind you, They sang a song from Slang 2 weeks earlier to the BJ concert, but of course, neither of you would know, because you haven't been to one of those performers concerts. Let me ask, Have either of you been to a Aerosmith concert from the 80s, or even the 90s and then again with KISS in 03? How about, The Black Crowes? Maybe Motley, or get this, How about Pearl Jam in 03 promoting Riot Act? Didn't think so. BJ sucked at Soaring Eagle Casino, PERIOD! Biggest ripoff in my history! PERIOD! As for you canuck, eat shit punk, tough talk for a little one that won't say where he is from! And you young girl, don't feel sorry for me, my fiancee feels just as bad if not worse! She was horrified with the show, BJ were her favorite artists, SHE picked the song for our wedding, I agreed to go along with it, I liked it, now, she won't even listen to the bands music, and sorry young canuck punk, BUT, Ritchie was thee show!!! He was his usual self. David was his usual self! The others? No clue as to who the hell they were! Good day mate, and to you young missy, sorry if I offended you, but please look at it from my fiancees point of view and what she pictured as a traditional perfect wedding and not my critiqueing! Take Care, RR
