Yeah AAMI stadium would be a poor venue to hold it. AC/DC just played at the Adelaide Oval (fantastic show), and the venue also held Pearl Jam late last year so maybe that could be another option for them. I doubt they would even go near the entertainment centre.

Location wise Adelaide Oval is very good - as an outdoor venue as very good. Hindmarsh Stadium could shape up more as a likely venue here not because of location but because of capacity. Been a fan a long time but honestly don't think or believe BJ have the drawing power here to fill stadiums [real ones, not the pseudo ones]. If Adelaide got a gig, a lot would come down to the timing re what venue was available and what the authorities governing each venue had to say about it [ie: AFL, SACA etc.] And lets not forget the effing dudley do rights here that put the nays on anything happening anywhere.

Very true Shaz. Forgot about Hindmarsh- would be a great venue also. If they were to tour here early next year, like you said, it would clash with some major sports at most of the outdoor venues (except AAMI). I think theyre too big now for Memorial Drive lol... those were the days!
However, I have a feeling Adelaide will be overlooked this tour and we'll be heading over to Melbourne to see them.
