Ah Sydney one has just been released

Weird that there are no section labels. It is pretty much the same as the Brisbane set up though so you can probably use that one as a guide.

All seating maps are posted in the opening post of this thread.

Ticketmaster now has information up for Perth and Melbourne shows.

On the seating map, in the colour legend, it says "PIT SEATING/CIRCLE (UNAVAILABLE)" so I guess there will be no pit seats being sold through ticketmaster.

You can get VIP packages through the Qantas website for Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland. Just got two tickets for the Sydney gig in Pit 1, row E. Admittedly, I am now unable to eat or spend any money for the next year due to the price, but such is life...

Looking at the Melbourne seating chart, I am left wondering why there is so much wasted space on the pitch? The white part at the back with no information. Seems to just be a way of making more money instead of having a general admission price for pitch standing. Very annoying.... really don't want to be left with just a birds eye view.

Yeah me too. I can't believe that it's going to be fully seated. If anything ruins an atmosphere it's that.

Ticketmaster says seats will cost between $99 and $306.
If I can get Diamond seats for $306 I'd be over the moon.

On the Bounce tour (although this was in Glasgow) I was about a metre and a half from the front barrier. Dave gave me a head nod. It cost about £35 (AU$60).

On the Have A Nice Day tour (again Glasgow) I was in the pit again. It cost £50 (AU$86).

I understand you're excited about the gig and the fact that tickets are on sale soon, but you're surely not really 'over the moon' that to get to the front (not even the pit) costs $306 (£177).

In 7 years the price they're asking has increased by FIVE TIMES! And the world is supposed to be in the process of coming out of a recession.

People are going crazy, they are estatic to be buying tickets that are almost a grand each to be in the first few rows. Its desperation cause we don't get the opportunities the US and Europe do.

As it is I have spent $1275 aussie on 3 tickets for NZ and Melbourne and these are straight tickets thru the fanclub. But was very lucky to get 5th and 6th row. Plus I have to travel to NZ for 2 of them.

Australian prices have been more expensive in the 2000's, pretty sure it cost me about $150 aussie in 2000 to see the band in Melbourne - GA.
