I hope your right Becky, cause right now Australia's economy is one of the best in the world.

Yeah - but the weak US economy isn't gonna do anything for your chances

Actually Becky, I'm no expert but I don't think that has anything to do with if they come or not cos the were here in March 2001 when our dollar was around the .48 US mark - the lowest ever (I know cos I went to the US in April it was still around the same) so if they were making their descions on coming based on our economy they DEFINANTLY wouldn't have come then!!

I'm hoping they do come, of course, but can't see it happening for a few years yet.

That WAS a charity concert though.

That's true, they didn't get payed. but they did make it all the way down here, so in a way that's more promising. they did come and didn't get payed so they can come again and actually get payed this time!

I guess you could call this good news. That is, Robbie Williams is going to be the first artist to sellout Melbourne's Telstra Dome, which is something of a milestone in the near-4 year history of the stadium. I guess the good point to this is that it will give promoters heart that SOMEONE has finally sold this place out and that if the circumstances are right, it can be done.

Come back next tour, boys, please.
