Sidney myer music bowl is actually bigger than that, i guess they would sell at least 20,000 tickets, because of the surrounding grass area (wikipedia says it fits 30,000!). in relation to standing area, it is actully better for the vertically challenged as it is on a hill, rather than on a flat football ground. The sound is also quite good, my concern is the stage is a small area, i doubt they would be able to fit the current stage setup in.

I'll fly over from Germany if they do.
That Sidney Myers Bowl can hold about 30,000 people. I once saw Jimmy Barnes live on that stage. Great venue!

wouldnt it be great if jon decided that australia was too far away, and would cost too much to bring them out and left them behind...
