Average Ticket Prices

I'm gonna stick this here because it's to do with the tour.

BJ wont be in Oz until late next year or early 2011, which is fine by me because it gives me more time to save up.

I plan on getting front row seats - right at the very front, that is. I am wondering how much this seat would cost me? I need to know how much I need to save up! I am thinking I can expect to pay between 3 and 400 dollars.
Can anyone give me an idea of how much I'll need (in Aussie figures?)

Also, I plan on buying a shit load of merchandise - is this stuff expensive or average priced?

From memory, "platinum" tix were $199 in Perth and Sydney and $299 in Melbourne on the last tour (not including any extra fees). Might be higher this time around though. But I think in Perth at least, the front rows were mostly competition winners and some of the support act's groupies.

As for merch, some of it is pretty expensive. I got a T-shirt for about $50, wristband for $20, program for $30. There were Soul shirts and hoodies for closer to $200 I think.

Not as bad as I thought..I can handle the ticket prices I think.

Whats the front row called? Is that where everyone stands up near the stage? What do they call that area when I buy my ticket?
