Backstab with Jon Blow Jovi

Now that I'm a member of Backstage I am allowed to post there (under a false nickname obviously) and am able to read all the shit news there.

What I found out today was that if you've bought a FOS ticket for Gelsenkirchen at Eventim or any other Ticketservice but Backstage, you will get no early entrance from Backstage. You should've bought your ticket there.

So, what does Backstage give you? Nothing. Some people paid for a one year membership and get nothing in return because they bought their ticket at the wrong place. How ridiculous! I, being the loyal Backstage-member that I am, am very upset. Obviously Backstage doesn't let me and many other members being upset on their board (every single topic gets deleted) so what is the right thing to do? Exactly, I've created a board for every Backstage member on the planet. Post your rants, and tell the world why you're upset!

You don't have to become a member, you can post there right away. You'll never blow your cover and Backstage will never find out who you are (unless you're so stupid to post which member you are).

Ah and this board requires no entrance fee.

As someone who's never been a Backstager I'll have to rely on everyone else's horror stories and Sebastiaan the supersonic freedom fighter.

I tried to join the other day. I used to be a member, years ago, and it was a lot different to now. Now you have to pay, before you can even log in the forums?! That's just...**** that!

It's been that way for about 3 years now when everything went online.

There was a time, when you didn't have to pay. Because I was on there. It kinda sucks you have to. Oh well.

Yep, it was that way from 1999 to 2005, then they changed it to be a paid forum because everything that used to be in the mailed newsletters was put online.

I haven't received a newsletter yet. Did I miss something or haven't there been newsletters from Jon at all? If not, I want a refund.

Ha ha, yep, newsletters stopped a long time ago before Matt took over. Jon's writes letters occassionally on the forum and then of course you can wait for the chats with him, lol!!
