Backstage and it's number-system

I think I might be busy, I'd have to let you know!

I've long said if I was in the fan club and someone in front of me left the que for whatever reason (without a mate) I'd tell them to sod off and wouldn't let them past. And then when we get let in I'd run like feck to the front just to piss off all the backstage goons.

And I'd wear a big t-shirt saying GOOSE on it too so they all know who I am .

I stepped on a couple of them at Manchester on my way to tell Kev my amusing tale of how the gold standing que totally collapsed, that made me happy.

I just got this via e-mail. I won't comment this:

Dear Tour Friends,

we wanted to get in touch with you before tour regarding organization at
the
venues. Since a lot of people asked if we do that again, we started to
think
and agreed to arrange it again. Since we didn't hear a lot from
backstage
yet, besides, that they are thinking about opening two ticketing houses,
we
said we would do it the following way:

Since we don't think Backstage cares about the organization at the
gates, we
do that again, with our number system. This time we can't control the
backstage passes, but I think this issue will sort itself as soon as we
all
get out tickets. The once who are not registered at backstage have to
go. We
thought, that we do make lines again and as soon as we know pick up time
and
venue of the tickets, we take 10 people there (guest come with that we
don't
have a mess - it's like buying a movie ticket - one orders and one
waits
next to the other), bring them back and get the next 10 there. This way,
it
will not be a mess and it will be without pussing and running. We think
Gelsenkirchen will be our "Prototyp" and if things work out and
Backstage
sees that, we are sure they will appricate it and work with us!

To arrange all this we will need your help though. Since we don't
really
have a board where we can post things like this, we would ask you to
pass
the information on to everyone you know. Please let everyone know that
if
they are the first at the venue they should start a list and when we
come we
take it over. It's not that we want to piss someone off, but we think a
lot
of Securities do know us already, if Kevin is around, he will speak to
us
and will advise the Security and most importantly, the fans know us and
trust us we believe.

We count on all of you that this is going to work again!

The nice thing about this is that I'll be there before them, and I'm actually giving them numbers now instead of them giving me a number.
