I loved that numbering system so much......
 Takes me back to Shepherds Bush in 2002. Got up at 2.30am with a stinking migraine, puked and still drove down, arriving just after 4.30. We were number 13 & 14 in the queue, which was all well and good for a while. Then things deteriorated through the afternoon. By the time the doors opened, we were about 50th in the queue (despite one of us always being there) and then the usual bunch had taken up most of the front row inside - after strolling drunkenly past all of us in the queue. That was the day that I decided never to renew my Backstage membership. It's seats every time for me now!
