The person didn't buy a ticket. She was part of the Backstage trip, and a ticket to the show was included in the price of the trip. The tickets were to be picked up in Vegas. She says she was told one thing by the travel agency that books the trips, while other people have said that where the tickets would be was posted on the Backstage board. I didn't pay any attention, because I wasn't going. I haven't checked since this morning, but I've only seen posts from one angry person.
