But was offered today A1 Row XX and that was for a seat half way back due to having the stage and then the fan pits. They wanted £111.00 for this ticket.

I then for a laugh looked at what i would get for £200.00 tickets. Thinking it would be fan pits and i was offered seats further back to what we had in 2007! absolute madness.I think the best i could get for that price was A1 row N. The ticket incl fees was £222.00 per ticket.

The whole thing is a F**King Joke. I really hope a paper picks up on this so that they have to come out with a statement or they atleast fail to sell out so next time they know they mucked up with the pricing.

I was fortunate enough to get block A2 row B for the O2 show in 2007 and they were £110 each.. I wasnt too bothered about that because it was the opening of the arena and I was soo excited to be that close to the band that I love. This time the same block is £200 a seat and it won't even be right at the front because of the pit in the circle at the front!!! I didn't get them, I really can't afford that. I'm so upset with Bon Jovi right now.

Majority of people that got row A / B seats last time sold them on Ebay. The front row ones were going for over £1000 so from that point of view £200 is good value - better some of that extra money going to the band rather than the touts. It is more the volume of tickets at the higher price that is surprising me but it is a popular venue with limited seating - you are going to have to pay for the premium seats.

That said you should still be able to get average seats for a good price which it seems too few are in this category.

Remains to be seen if they sell out but I wouldn't be surprised if they do.

Unfortunately there will be people that will buy those outrageous packages. I can't say I am happy about these events.I may just hold out and try my luck with the public on sales.I say the more people refuse to pay and don't go to shows, less chances of these places getting a sell out.Leaving a stadium or an arena unfilled may be a better way to show how pissed off people are then just with words.

What was the average tix price for Bruce on this latest tour?

In England - Hyde Park Calling was £45 all tickets. Never been more than £60 for any seat, anywhere.

And in the U.S., the Bruce tickets were usually $98.00 -- both seats and GA.

If I had it my way every seat in any stadium would be one reasonable price.

In an earlier thread about what you expect or want for this tour - I said a kick arse set list and reasonably prices tickets.. Jon didn't listen to me ..

Default We were'nt born to follow Alt lyrics
This one goes out to the fans who need the lottery win
This one goes out to the ones who are skint
This one goes out to the band and the management
This should be an apology
This road was paved by the fan club and Mrs B
This road was paved by the love of BJ
Walking beside fans from Europe and America
How will you raise the cash when the tickets go on sale?

Yea, Yea, Yea,
You can't afford to follow
Come on and get on your knees
The price is a bitter pill to swallow
You gotta hold on to all your cash
Believe that the price will crash tomorrow
And we are deaf to all your pleas
You can't afford to follow
You gotta stand up for what you believe
Let me hear you say
Price no!! seats no !!Fan club ooooohhh!!

This ones about making loads of money
This ones about corperate money making crap
This ain’t giving what our fans wanna see
This is about paying cash and giving in

that's excellent !!!

You know at least then people had the opportunity to buy tickets at a fairly reasonable face value (yes, I'm actually saying £110 is reasonable!). There is NO opportunity to buy these seats at a reasonable price this time.
