Its very strange over there right now, everyones uphappy, if not moreso than here. Pretty crap really seens as the first tickets have gone on sale everyone should be talking about the gigs. but theyre just talking about prices.

It definitely isn't pretty over there! And evidently a few threads have been deleted (I didn't notice myself - someone mentioned it), but not many. They can't possibly delete everything! There are a lot of really unhappy people, and they aren't afraid to speak up.
The regular ticket prices that were announced for the Meadowlands are the same as the Ticketmaster ones, and they aren't completely insane like those O2 prices are. So I'm going to wait and see how the first pre-sale goes on Monday before I do any more bitching.
I never planned to buy one of those ticket packages, so the big price increase in those isn't upsetting me. I'm also not convinced that they're going to sell all of those at the prices they've put on them in this economy. Maybe in some cites, but there are a lot of places around the U.S. where I don't see those selling well at all. It will be interesting to see what happens with late ticket drops.
