Yes, I believe it is a ballot just like the Radio 2 competition but as always Bj.com have got things wrong. As with all events like this as stated on the BBC website they send out more tickets than the venue holds because of the inevitable no-shows. They do this to guarentee the venue is at capacity and they advise to get there as early as you can on the day as it will be "first come first served". That is why they state having a ticket does not guarentee entry.

So anybody that hasn't filled in the application on BSJBJ because they think they will have missed out should go ahead and do it.

Im working so wont be able to watch it live hopefully it will be on iPlayer or something

The last one was put on the iPlayer for a month after the gig so I imagine it'll be pretty similar for this one too. Anyone heard about tickets yet? When do they get announced?

I think it also says that after the concert for a time, if you press the red button it will have highlights.

Yeah on the email it says applications close at 5.15pm tomorrow.

I'm in work from 5 and the website says highlights available if someone could record the full thing i would be great full I could lick your toes or something

Edit... Never mind just remembered bbc red button services just take you to a different channel..in this case 301 I've set it to record it's listed down for 8pm-930pm so I'm guessing because we can and maybe one more new songs plus its alright for an hour?
