Is your confirmation message in English too or is it in French?
Actually I don’t remember that very well, but I think I booked in English language mode (I can’t speak French at all). But even when you switch for English at some point while making your booking, not all the info on the website gets translated for English anyway. But it is enough to fill in the form without any problems to make a booking, so don’t worry.
The confirmation that I have received is in English. You will collect your tickets at the venue place 1 hour before the show begin at the "Production" desk.

Aloha !

On a completely unrelated sidenote; I just tried to get tickets for AC/DC at Stade de France and I really understand why it's hard for a foreigner like Santa Fe to book tickets for a show in France. Pages don't load, everything is in French even after you change the page to English and you can't find out if a show has sold out at all or if tickets just aren't available right now.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Yes some parts are in French in the billetterie website although you put the site in English.
I though about using a translator online to traslate what's written in French but I can't understand why in the billetterie website , when I select the French parts to translate into English or Spanish, there isn't an option to copy and paste them so you have to type with your hands on the translator online site.
How could I do that?
For example when you are on the subscription part in English, below that, there's something written in French but I can't copy and paste to translate it.
Should it be better to book tickets on ticketnet.fr?
I think most of the parts are in English there.
Have anyone orderer that package VIP for Paris on the billetterie website?
If I want information about that package, should I write to info@gdp.fr or
to the email address they have if you wanna order it?
For example in ticketnet.fr you can see the stadium map and you can choose your row. In the billetterie website you can't chose your row I think.
Did anyone here book tickets for the Paris concert in ticketnet.fr?

I think the same.
You can use a translator online but if you put the site in English, everything should be in English.

You're going to have to be a little more specific. Billetterie just means tickets, so I had to google in order to find out what site you meant. I found out about it now though, s what do you want to know about the VIP package?

It contains the following:
1. A ticket for Category 1.
2. A special entry for VIP costumers only
3. A personal reception for VIP costumers only including personal waiters.
4. An official VIP pass.
5. A cocktail buffet at a private lobby with direct access to your seat.
6. An exclusive souvenir
7. Your own parking space (depending on how many are left)

This will cost you 299E, which is a very steep price. If you're really determined about going I'd just buy a ticket for any category available. Sure, GA is the best way to go but they were very limited to begin with.

Bercy isn't thát big and pretty much every seat guarantees a good spot as Bon Jovi has always had good videoscreens. They've become better and bigger with every tour. Bercy can be compared with Palu San Jordi in Barcelona or Estadio La Comunidad in Madrid. Sure, being in the back isn't as much fun as being at the field, but getting a ticket for the field will be a mission impossible nowadays if you're going through the official sources. You'll always end up in the back or behind the stage, no matter if you try on bercy.fr, ticketnet.fr or any other official site.

eBay has GA tickets listed for roughly 110E which is very expensive as well, but it's a lot cheaper than buying a VIP package of which you won't use most of it anyway. I'm not sure if you've had any experience with eBay but if you're willing to go there just ask me for a link by PM as it's not allowed to post eBay links here on Jovitalk.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

That VIP package is on the billetterie website.
Why did you go to google?
GA is sold out.
Which stadium is bigger? The one from Bercy or the Palau Sant Jordi in BCN?
How did you manage to translate the information about that VIP package?
On the billetterie site, I can't select that info and copy and paste to a translator online.
Do you know how yo can copy and paste it on that site?
The same happens in the infoposted below the subscription form when you
are gonna buy a ticket.
That info below is in French, can't copy and paste to use a translator online.
Which it would be better? Booking a ticket on billetterie or in ticketnet site?
In ticketnet you can see the stadium map and you can choose the gates and in biletterie site you can't see the map and you can choose the gates.
You have to book what they offer you.
Anyone here booked tickets for Paris in ticketnet.fr?

The VIP package offers you premium seats too.
Can understand this because where must be these premium seats?
On the tiers or where?
