Default Best and worst shows of the tour

in your opinion, which were the best and worst shows of the tour so far? the show you’d have loved to have been to, if you haven’t, and the show that you consider to have been the most disappointing and uninspired, both setlist and performance wise.

The best to me have been Sydney night 3, Buenos Aires, NMS night 2, and MSG night 3. The first two had fantastic sets, and the third and fourth featured a band on fire (especially after the PA went out @ MSG).

Of course the worst has to have been the State College show to open up the 2011 show. Or maybe NMS night 4.

Best is Sydney night 3 for sure. Closely followed by Buenos Aires.

Setlist wise surely the O2 show Kev referred to or Sydney night 3.
Judging from the passion in the performance Toronto night 2 2010, MSG night 3, Sydney night 2 and Meadowlands night 2 are the top ones for me

That's an excellent setlist! For me it would be the last night at the O2, simply because of These Days and (It's Hard) Letting You Go, was superb.

Hoping Murrayfield tops the lot though!

While I don't know if I'd consider them the best of the tour, but if someone were to offer me a free trip for any stops of the tour I'd possibly choose the two Hawaii shows. With the expectations of a warm up festival-type show, I'd have been an opportunity to hear 5 songs they haven't done since the 80's and have rarely done since. Also they got the only performance of Brokenpromiseland, the first BOB opening, Diamond Ring, ect. All of this in a tropical state with a 9,000 capacity arena.

However, nights 2 and 3 of Sydney were incredible along with Argentina. For best show of the tour I'd go with one of them.

As for the worst, the University of PA was painful to watch. Also with the prices of the O2 I would've been pissed if I had tickets to the show where David was gone and a standard set followed, especially considering some of the great shows that were played during that residency.

I'd say the worst show set list wise was State College, PA. This past May had some weak sets too, but the performances were good. 1 show I wished I was at (set list wise) was MSG March 5th, 2011. Couple cool moments I was apart of were St. Paul night 2 (ear pieces were out, JBJ waived the boys back on for 1 more due to crowd) and ditto in Milwaukee. Those were true audibles...loved those moments. Also being in Fargo for the debut of Happy Now was great.
