That was incredible!!! The level of frenzy at a Jovi show in 1989 was something to behold too.

But, even though I didn't get to see them in 1996, I think the setlists make those shows better.

My first BJ concert was in 2000 but when I look and listen to bootlegs and video's, I certainly would go for the 80's shows! And the These Days tour was also awesome! Those were the days

Definitely, without a doubt, These Days 95. The show I saw on that tour was incredible. The setlist was awesome, the band had amazing energy and Jon's voice was simply marvelous. Followed closely by New Jersey. Again, the energy of the band and the crowd was amazing, Jon's voice was great. But the setlist wasn't as varied (I do realize that they had less material to vary it with). Even though New Jersey was my first Jovi concert, These Days is still my favorite.

As i didn't attend any 80s tour, i'd say the These Days'96 and the One Wild Night tour, cause the set lists were amazing. In the 96 tour they play a lot of songs of These Days and they included the acoustic set in the middle of the show. I'd die for you acoustic is a gem!
And the One Wild Night tour cause they played again songs like Raise Your Hand, Wild id The Wind (i saw that in Zurich live!),...and the stage of these two tour were amazing!

Even though I only saw Bon Jovi for the first time on the Bounce tour, I think that the best tour was These Days 95. Great songs and great performances by the band. Blood on Blood at Bremen is an amazing version!

I saw Bon Jovi in 87 and they were incredible. A three hour show that had to be seen to be believed. New Jersey also kicked butt however my favourite was Keep the Faith. Simply incredible.

These Days was a disappointment for me because at the Sydney show it hailed so I was saturated and the ground turned to mud but the concert itself was still awesome. Having said that, I'm not a big fan of outdoor gigs for the very reason you are at the mercy of the weather and you lose some of the atmosphere an indoor arena gives.

I saw Bon Jovi play in Sydney Harbour last year and again, there were over 10,000 people there to see the band on a stinking hot day but it was free I guess. :P
