for me it is difficult to choose between manchester and mk (both nights). All 3 of these shows were amazing so I will just sit on the fence here

All shows the shows we saw in UK rocked but for different reasons.

Coventry was great, Jon was struggling with his hayfever and still put on a super show!

Southampton, best crowd of all the shows we saw! Great show, fantastic crowd!

MK1, Fantastic show, incredible setlist, however the audience were a bit lame at times I think.

MK2, another fantastic show with quite some changes in the setlist, better crowd but still a bit lame sometimes.

Hull, let's not go there now but we enjoyed it anyways.

I went to Hull and Glasgow and I have to say they both sucked!

The Glasgow show was awful for me but was no fault of the band or the setlist. I had seated tickets for this show but unfortunately got stuck next to some tosser who saw the need to keep going back to the bar all night long. He was absolutely hammered at about the halfway point of the show and turned into the most loud-mouthed, yobbish arsehole I've ever had the misfortune of bumping into. Bellowing lyrics just about as out of key as you can possibly be, straight into my right ear for an hour and a half!

Cos we had seats, he could keep going back and forth as much has he wanted and never lose his spot and we couldn't move to another area as the section we were in was pretty packed and there was a whole group of us. I chose to bite my tongue on this occassion after almost getting in a fight with a completely sober guy in Hyde Park (2003) as he tried to shove past us mid-gig. As this guy was completely wasted, he wouldn't have thought twice about throwing a punch and, even though he was in no real state to stand let alone fight, I didn't wanna get ejected cos of that dickhead!

Hull..... well, what can I say. I was really looking forward to this concert after the guy at the Glasgow gig had completely wrecked the show for me. We had Gold Circle tickets for the first time ever and I couldn't wait - last show of the European leg of the tour and all.....

and the rest you already know! Robbed and cheated is all I can say I felt.

I've been to only four of their shows and so far, they have all gotten progressively worse experience-wise. MK 2001 was simply amazing and then, right down at the other end of the scale, sits Hull. Just hope they come back and I can go to loads of shows on their next tour - I'm bound to get to see one good show then....

....aren't I?
