I was wondering the same thing.

the best part for me is when the crowd really gets into the music! usually in the very beginning there's not that much interaction between the band and the crowd, it usually takes a few songs and I think it gets the best in the end when the tempo's high! I love that!

In Dutch I would have said: "het moment waarop je je plekje hebt veroverd." Maybe the word conquer is too big. But it's always some sort of battle of the fastest and smartest people. There are always people who are doing things against the rules and still they are standing in front of you. That's really frustrating when you've waited all day long and some *********** just sneaks in right in front of you. And when you say something about it, you get a big mouth. So it's always a relief when I end up in a spot that I deserve when you look at the numbers, the list and the time I spent waiting.

No I am def. not better then anyone...but because I slept outside...got number 1 or 2 or something under 10 I think I deserve that front row spot.
I did something to get that spot!
I have been sleeping outside and run like hell and found out that someone who didn`t sleep outside and didn`t wait all day was running faster. Sure he could cause he wasn`t tired. I still believe whenb you are # 1 or whatever you deserve to get in first an dtake your spot.
And no one can find a decent argument to say it isn`t that way. It`s more or less human and social behaviuor to accept the fact that some one came earlier then you did and this someone hads a bit more rights. If we all act that way the atmospher4e would be much nicer and friendly

But wasn't it you who started with the numbers and that list ? I mean, it's nothing official, so why would you deserve that spot more then someone else ? Basicly because of your effort in getting that spot ? So if I wouldn't know anything about your list and arrive at 10 o'clock in the morning, you're saying you'd deserve that spot more then me because you made the decision to sleep there. I don't think it works that way.

isn't it just a case of first come, first served? THe numbers and the list don't really have anything to do with it, they're just a way to keep track of who came first... I think it's fair enough if you get a front row spot if you came in early and you get a place in the back if you came in late...

No I didn`t start this list thing.
When I did the first show last tour...in Germany someone else started the list and was in control of that. Though I was one of the first who arrived First shows it didn`t work that great till Carola decided to take over the list in wgherever it was( Mannheim??) After that we did it together....a lot of us actually worked together to make this list working and maybe you were not satisfied by iit..I know many people were. It worked and the walking instead of running made lots of people quite happy. Even the security thought it was a great idea.
And because Kevin actually accepted the list we thought it was sort of "official"Even security worked with us.
And again..I am no better or worse then anyone..I just happened to be there and thought I could help. That`s all...just good intentions nothing more to be hidden behind it.
And yes first come first served is still the most honest way..so be # 1 on the list has to garantee a front row spot. Just fair play...

and when you sleep outside you deserve that front row spot... everybody can sleep outside if they wanna, so it is all fair!
