Not completely. Your structure is alright, but a few things don't work, and I'll try to explain.
I know you think playing It's My Life as the second song would be great, but it isn't. Yes, it's a big hit, but it's a slow song, and when it's played live it sounds even slower. It wouldn't work and would kill the momentum.
Miss Fourth Of July and Living In Sin after another wouldn't work either. At least, not in America. We've seen how much "damage" Living In Sin alone does to a show there, so 2 slow songs that are completely unknown to most of the audience really kills a show.
Lay Your Hands On Me as the encore opener also isn't really a good idea, I think. It kills the feeling of the full band returning, as Jon would probably make it's way back to the stage only when the drum intro would be finished. Yes, you'd get the big cheering and all that stuff, but it would be for him just to return, instead of for the song he'd start to sing.
Still, your setlist indeed is one of the most realistic "dream setlists" I've seen around here. Lots and lots of people think they can write a dream setlist with just writing down their favourites in the order they appear in their mind, but it doesn't work like that.
Salaam Aleikum,
