The Stones fans should lighten up a bit. Jon has admitted many times to being a Stones fan and when they opened for the Stones he even said that he'd have been more than glad to only carry Mick Jagger's suitcase!

It's crystal-clear than Jon's comment was intended as nothing but a joke
