Bon Jovi at 2011 NO Jazz festival Apr 30th

I would NOT expect stadiums and it's apparently only in the usa .. like florida etc .. so it does seem that the NO date is the beginning of a few usa added dates

its a bit weird though to add so few arena dates and a souple of 30.000-40.000 festival appearences. maybe i misread the msg or sth and the new us leg is bigger, 2-3 weeks

I have heard from someone some FL dates may be added but nothing for sure
I think they may add some dates in south probably TN and FL

the admin picked the florida thread to post that info so I am sure there will be florida dates

and it will be probably like 6 or more shows as it's on several weeks

so it seems like they are adding more us dates, we will know for sure in 10 days but i hope these new dates are not the result of bj choosing the same markets instead of revisiting some new other places. the gh release and the upcoming hiatus would make it ideal for them to visit new markets, we will see, i hope they will surprize us in a positive way

well we will see ... they will almost certainly add dates in already visited multiple times usa places (those that sells) and unless the isreal etc few dates are announced soon it does sound like it may pan out as dates they wanted to do but couldn't


on another hand before hiatus they can choose to re assure their favorite market instead of risking their time in unknown places it will depends ...I wouldn't bet too much on many surprises .. what kind of surprises are you expecting .... the more the clock is ticking the less time they have to sell tickets so ... it's more likely they will do places they know as supportive

The dates in May are US and Canada for approx 3 weeks.

For those who know so much about american culture, what Jon is thinking, all his motives and what a control freak Jon is should know that Israel is not going to be the week prior to the European Tour starting.

nothing more specific is announced here just the usual some north american safe dates 3 weeks in may ... with like 6 or 8 dates with florida connecticut the usual safe venues ... and when is israel then .. tell us ... as JBj is NOT my best buddy unlike you he didn't tell me when he plans Isreal

That's bullshit. They did Abu Dhabi 2 days before Dusseldorf in 2008, so there goes your theory. Many other artists have played Israel before, so don't be the paranoid yank here and claim Jon is one who's very much like the American stereotype you seem to be.
