I didnt say anything about the song choices, but he has played quite a few short sets on the circle tour. ie One encore of wanted and prayer.

A few shorter than usual sets doesn't equal what you said previously about Jon wanting to do short sets. If Jon was as lazy as some constantly bitching die-hards on this forum suggest, the boys would just tour the world for 2 years with the same 18 song setlist every night, a.k.a. AC/DC. I think the two aspects that we definetly shouldn't be complaining about are show length and setlist variation, because Bon Jovi play longer and more varied sets than absolutely most of today's touring artists. Just because Bruce Springsteen changes ~15 songs or so every night and always delivers a 3 hour show doesn't mean than Jon's lazy for not doing so. If Jon's lazy, 95% of the music industry is lazy.

Got my ticket this morning in seconds, much better than yesterdays Take That carnage.

The Absolutee pre-sale didnt wanna work at 9am, but Live Nation did. My mates are typically umming and arring- thats what I get for telling them to buy their own rather than me buy them and get the money later- after being stiffed by one at The O2 I won't be doing that again!

I actually liked it, as I said previously the sound in there was much better during this years festival than during Jovi shows at O2, but that may be because I was close to stage, I don't know about people who were far away.

They played HRC in 2008 too. They've already been invited twice in a row.

2009 If they played again this year that'd make it 3 years in a row, so I don't see it happening

So ongoing it was just not possible to go to Manchester... Moneywise...
So am going to this...
Is there definitely a circle at the front??
I've just got GA.
Just wondered if I'm likely to end up at the back fence....
