That's the rumored price at this point. The exact details haven't been posted yet. I think they have to wait on the "official" press release from Tiger Woods which is supposed to happen tomorrow. If they get the top tickets which are $317 then that leaves the other $600 plus for the 2 night accomodations and the dinner. Rooms at the strip hotels are really expensive that weekend since it's a holiday.

I can do a room/airfare for well under $1,000 and that's just for me. The show ticket will be the tough part but I'm not going to be real picky where I sit.

I see and I totally agree with you .... the only problem is to get tickets ...but I am wondering what will be offered by the fc to make it attractive ..you know what I mean if buying a ticket staying at a great hotel and buying airfare is way cheaper then no one would be buying the fc trip

Yep, you are right, at this point I don't know what the attraction to the trip would be.

Im guessing many will do it cause they want to experience a fanclub trip and knowing that they will get a 'good ticket'.
I am so tempted to do it but I live in Australia and it would be a stupid trip for me either way. Would cost minimum $3000 US - that is $2000 airfare and $1000 for the trip. Then of course add on the rest of it ....
When you are coming from overseas and already paying a fortune buying into the fanclub trip makes sense - cause you want to get great seats and make the most of it.

Yep, I agree that normally being in the first 8-10 rows is the attraction of the trips We'll see what tickets they come up with. Matt mentioned the tickets would be $200 at the birthday bash but if that's the case then those aren't the floor seats as they will go for the $317. Maybe he just didn't know when he spoke what the top seats would go for.

I'm sure there will be another trip/event, probably Nashville (Matt mentioned that as well at the birthday bash) so I think that's the one I'll probably do.

I will most definitely be at the Nashville trip/event. I wish I could do Vegas, but it's just not possible.
