I honestly don't have any desire to go to a European show b/c of the general admission thing. I'd like to meet some of the European fans (you included), but the atmosphere doesn't seem like something I would enjoy. On the other hand, if I were planning a trip to Europe, I might plan it around a couple of Bon Jovi shows just to give it a try. I wouldn't go to Europe JUST to see BOn Jovi though.

Well I've been to both European as American shows and for the ones I attended, the ahmosphere of the crowd in Europe (incl the response to the band) was a lot better than in the US (wich is where Europe is known about if I'm not mistaken?)

I think you would be absolutely fine but maybe towards the back of the pit. There is always alot of room in there. I went to Dublin in 03 and we decided we couldnt be arsed with the queuing for the day. We went to the back of the pit and just sat against the barrier. It was prob one of the most chilled out (and best) shows I saw. If they every decide to play arenas over here youd be fine cos youd be able to get good seats out to the side

That's a good reason to give it a try then, but only if I have time to see Italy while I'm in that part of the world!

I took my daughter to her first BJ concert in Manchester this year (she was six years old). I can honestly say that I felt proud of the BJ fans that were nearby us. Everyone was so nice and friendly and I felt like other people were keeping an eye out for her as well as me and my hubby.

I took her as close to the front as we could get, walking down the outside of the crowd. If we pulled in to let people past with drinks, the other person pulled in instead and let us past. One woman even put my daughter on her shoulders for a few minutes so she could get a better view!

I had never noticed how friendly a crowd could be before as I just ignore everyone and get on with enjoying the concert. So, embarassing? Maybe. Fantasic? - on the whole yes! (I don't like the ones who just go to get drunk)

and spain too it's not just because i'm from there, but audience is very ..let's say "hotblodded", and it's quite different to the rest of european audience... but uif u come here, be ready to jump, sing and hands up clapping all the time, and few space to move:P
we were surprised at dublin about how much space we had, we can move!! but i felt a little bit strange, cause people around me didn't move that much, and i didn't jump as much as i wanted cause i some people might annoy with me:s...but i felt really comfortable with people in dublin.. they are sooooooo charming and nice... in milton it was a different, and people was a bit more serious and got a bit angry cause i jumped:s
