Uhm without Jon no Bon Jovi therefore Bon Jovi = Jon & Jon = Bon Jovi
and Bon Jovi = He (Jon) and He (Jon) = Bon Jovi, the others are just there so it could be a band, wich was very populair in the eighties.
Nowadays Jon alone would have been much more succesfull as with the other members, who clearly just taken him down, I kinda feel sorry for him, he just can't get rid of them.
