Bon Jovi Milwaukee Summerfest July 5th

OK just got my tickets this morning. It is going to be crazy driving there after work on Thursday and then making it back for work Friday morning, but I know it'll be worth it. I'll do a write up about the concert afterwards. By the way, I can't stand all those people who buy the tickets early and rip people off on ebay. Isn't that illegal? They are selling Bon Jovi tickets for over a grand for the show, and because of them, I'm couldn't get the tickets taht I wanted. I almost did the same to make some moola but I thought thta would make me a big hypocrite and I respect the band too much to do that and other fans.

Very cool. I was lucky and got one of the fanclub tickets. Don't know where that is until the day of show but I'm excited nevertheless.

Yea, I guess there are some special VIP tickets being offered so the brokers have gotten ahold of them and are selling them for outrageous prices.

I didn't know that the fanclub was giving out tickets - you are so lucky! In Madison last year, I was allowed to go up to the front first row because the bouncers were super relaxed toward the end. (Tico kept winking at my friend and she would back, it was pretty funny). Even though that was great, now I am completely and totally spoiled. I went to Milwaukee and Chicago after that show and just kept getting tickets further back. Sounds like it can be worth it to join the fanclub. I am now kicking myself for not signing up

The fanclub tickets were a shock for this actually. They didn't think they'd get any as the Summerfest folks were being pretty stingy. So, they went up with little to no notice and were gone in like 5 minutes. I was very lucky to get one.

Unlike prior tours (where you had to go to the venue to get your ticket the day they went on sale), all of the fanclub tickets will be sold online, so it should be interesting.

Got my seats as well, section 5, 4 seats total. The 90 bucks include admission to summerfest. Still a good bargain for a great show.
I hate those SOBs who have better seats than me and are selling them for $300-500 a seat.

Drives me crazy. I was spoiled last time in Milwaukee because we had great seats and I really wanted to be closer but it will be OK.
