I am in the same boat, I have not gotten my email yet either. I just went to BJ.com and logged into American XS, and scrolled down to contact us and there is an email address, I think it was help@americanxs.com. I sent an email asking for my passcode, and got a standard reply of FAQ about Presale. It said to reply to that email if my question was not answered, so I replied and asked again for the pass code, haven't gotten it yet, but hopefully I may by tomorrow morning at 10:00. At least it is worth a try.
