They are no way near as popular in Europe as they were in the mid to lates 90's in Europe but to say the tour flopped is an exaggeration.
Yes, the amount of dates was similar and so was the overall size of the venues, but attendances were much lower during LH Tour thant during HAND Tour.
I don't think LH Tour was a flopp either, but the band is going to have to come up with someting in order to not play half-empty stadiums again next tour (which I assume to be less attractive show-wise and financially). Either play smaller venues, not tour every 2 years, lower ticket prices or finally write and release another real hit song.

Decrease ticket sales as they are too high at the moment.
