It was indeed a great show.

I heard more things about technical problems. I mean, Lumpy was almost longer onstage with Richie's guitar than the supporting act. Then there was no movie (well, couldn't really be bothered). I saw the engineers running around. I heard Richie trashed his pedal and was somewhat pissed they didn't get him a new one fast enough. There were drum techs with Tico when the show started.

at the end of prayer, you see Jon bend forward to the crowd and place his hand behind his ear.... If you concentrate and listen good you can hear us sing: ooohhh we're have way there... oooohhh hhoooo livin on a prayer... take my hand, will make it I swear... ooohhh wooowoo livin on a prayer... I say OOOOHHH ho ho, oooohh hooo hoo, who who who whoow, whoo ho ho hoow, whoo ho ho hoow, whoo ho ho hoow

That's not "nailing it". That's "playing it safe". If he'd nailed it, he'd have hit all the notes.

Nice review! Very nice.

But why on earth do you get a number from people you hate if you are disliking the whole number thing??

Then don't get a number. Maybe that will help so there won't be any numbers in the future and maybe then everybody will be mature enough to stay in line WITHOUT a number. That shouldn't be too hard.

I enjoyed reading your review except for the repeated swearing of course

I thought it was a well balanced review.

I'm not one for kissing ass or putting people down for their views, but on this occasion, I gotta say that I did like reading the review...I actually enjoyed the swearing and the overall content was entertaining....by far and away, the most positive post I've read from the backstage killer too!...perhaps THE first one that was more pro Jon than anti Jon. I'm guessing he may have been either drunk or high when he wrote it though...

Good review Seb. Just watched the show now. Are you the tall guy with the glassies and the yellow T-shirt?

I haven't seen all that many versions of Wanted live, but that was the best version I've seen post 2000. What a great version. HAND and Who Says sounded great too. Who Says is gonna be played at every gig on the tour I think, great finish to that. Wasn't too impressed with LMS. It didn't sound as good as it does on the album, but then you can't have everything. Just a shame they didn't play more new stuff.
