With all due respect why would anyone buy tickets from there when you have £200 tickets going for around £100 - £150 a pair on ebay, or face value tickets in any section in the arena off ticketmaster?

How exactly can a site selling tickets at over face - a site that is flouting UK ticketing laws by being vague about exactly where each seat is located (they are supposed to clearly state block / row / seat) - be considered "not expensive at all"?
