Aloha !

I think the Stones are also rumoured to open it, and they're from the UK so I think they've got a bigger chance. However, Bon Jovi closed Wembley, not a UK band. It wouldn't surprise me if Bon Jovi would open it as well. It'll probably the last show of the European leg.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

And who the hell does Robbie Williams think he is? 80'000 people - 5 nights in a row!!!? Even The Stones would struggle to pull that off

This would be truely amazing. I hope it comes off. I agree with Seb, I reckon they would save it for the last show of the tour.

well Robbie could do it, knebworth was 375,000 or something like that and that was sold out, so the demand is there easily.

Id love to see Jovi in Wembley, but the Stones will prob get it

JBJ - I believe

"Sambora's face is a mask of joyous disbelief, as if previously unaware of his ability to play the instrument at all. Reaching the last fistful of notes, he does a fair impression of a man who is actually ejaculating into his jet black flares."

I would like to see them open it. Maybe they could release another Live from London DVD at Wembley

They could play there anyway, regardless if they are the first or not.

I would love to see Wembley Stadium and everything seems just right for a big show. Capacity, location.... everything.

If it happens I'll try to go.

I'd rather see Bon Jovi open the new Wembly than any of the other rumoured acts. It'd be cool to say Bon Jovi closed the old era of Wembly and opened the new one.

Yah, I think if it wasnt for the fact that Jovi closed the old one they wouldnt even be in the running. Hopefully someone that makes the decisions is an old romantic!
