Default Bon Jovi to play Finland in 2008

It was just announced here in one of the tabloid papers that Bon Jovi would play the Olympic Stadium in Helsinki in the summer of 2008. They say the contracts have been signed.

So I guess this means we'll get a proper European tour next summer. Start saving.

Aloha !

This tour indeed will be slightly bigger than the Have A Nice Day Tour. France will be included as well, and I think Spain and Italy too.

Sebastiaan

Amazing news... Was this your source?

It annoys me that the article is all about JON coming to Finland...

Aloha !

Oh well it's merely Jon, his friends and Bon Jovi than it is really Bon Jovi nowadays.

Officially shocked too... And even more shocked to read that they´ve been booked in stadium.

I was thinking they would have a hard time filling the indoor arenas here now that they´ve been gone 10 years and the latest albums haven´t really sold too much up here.

I think there were about 35 000 people in the stadium on These Days tour and that was at their very peak season in Finland.

Anyway.. nice to have a show in here for a change... now if only they Announced Bruce & E-Street too, but that´s another topic so...'

Oh and it says nicely on the article that Bon Jovi the band has been on a little break because Jon concentrated on his solo career, but now they are back together... seems like a copy-paste from year 2000 to me or if not, then the reporter is clueless as hell. Wouldn´t suprise me though..

Wait and see. They booked a lot of stadiums and arenas and theatres over the years and never played there. So I won't be surprised if this will never happen.
