I love what Richie says about taking Big & Rich to Europe.

He knows what we all know. It's a stupid idea.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
I was probably confusing it with something else. So Letting you go has been played twice since the mid 90's, right? That Japan show and the fundraiser from 2004 I think it was.

I thought that was interesting too!

He knows it's gonna blow up in their faces, yet they are still bringing them to open?

Maybe there will be a third act then?

Hell no, his voice was a lot better during the OWN-tour than it is now.

Really? I'm only basing this off the odd bootleg I've heard from that tour and since my first show wasn't until 2002, I can't say for certain, his voice sounds stronger to me now. *Shrugs* I can't really say since I wasn't there.

Aloha !

Simple examples:

Jon sang Something To Believe In live like it was recorded on These Days.
Jon could actually sing falsetto live like during Say It Isn't So.
Jon could sing Keep The Faith live without having to skip words.
Never Say Goodbye was done in it's original key.
Bed Of Roses was done as the original version.
Jon could still sing Always every night.

Jon's voice sounds so strong nowadays because he doesn't do anything impressive for the first 60 minutes of a show and just sings the simple stuff that doesn't require that much of his voice. If Jon would do the same sets as he did on the One Wild Night Tour/Bounce Tour there'd be not much left of it at all after 5 shows.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebstiaan
