yesterday the awful one wild night live album was released in 2001.

That was terrible. Probably one of the worst live albums ever.

When you think they recorded most nights of the New Jersey tour for a double live album that never happened - the amount of good stuff that never saw the light of day.

One Wild Night live was literally thrown together.

They did do just that. The performance at East Rutherford in 2013 was broadcast live and Jon was flat and out of key. They reuploaded the entire thing and Jon was in key all the time and Jon sounded pretty much what we all expected him to sound like.

The thing is though, if they need that much doctoring to make it sound decent why would anyone want a live recording in the first place? Even the recordings of the THINFS tour were doctored. There's just no point in releasing live stuff if your live stuff is altered that much in a studio.
