Box Office Collections

Anybody done these before? What's it like with regards waiting around and general argy bargy?

I did one at MK.
Could NOT find the box office anywhere, no one seemed to know where it was.
Was walking around for ages before we found it.

I had a letter from ticketmaster telling me where the Twickers & Manchester ones where and put it in a "safe place"...yeah...very safe cos now I cant find it!!!
