Jon said at Manc that he had nowhere to go to, as they didnt have a gig for a couple of days. Hopefully thats the case tonight, as no gig til Twick on Friday, which is only a 2hourish drive.

Good point. The Bristol crowd will be good tonite for sure, first time BJ have ever played here. Im taking my sister who lives here, to her first BJ show, if we get a Hull I will cry!! Shes spent years taking the piss outta BJ so I wanna prove her wrong tonite!!

I hear that The Feeling aren't supporting at this gig after all, it may just be the local band, switchbladeuk. Guess we'll see.

Anyway, I'm seeing Bon Jovi today. Awesome.

And the weather dont look too bad either, a bit dull at the mo but its supposed to brighten up later

Well we have light drizzle here in Wiltshire at the mo' so hope it does brighten up!

I had planned to set off about 1pm (my first time in GC tonight - woohoo!) but my children have their school sports day this afternoon. I mean can you believe it - I bought these tickets in November and the school have never held a sports day in June before (always July) but someone clearly thought it would really screw my plans up if they changed it to 25th June this year!!

So I may have to dutifully attend for an hour or so and then make my escape. However, if the drizzle does continue, it may be cancelled. (Oh God does that make me a bad mother for hoping my childrens sports day is cancelled??)

in fact my kids weren't well last week and my hubby was like oh well we might not be able to go to the gig and i was like, you can stay at home with them i'll go on my own.

My kids want to come with us next time but i have refused as i don't want my special gig time ruined with chants of i need a wee wee half way through dry county.

Hope its a good show tonight. Got a feeling it will be slightly better than last night due to it being sold out, a small compact stadium (which should add to the atmosphere), and the fact that its the first time the band have played in Bristol.

Maybe Bed of roses will appear tonight, well thats my hunch! lol
