There won't be a refund. As long as the concert will happen there is no chance of a refund. That's law. In USA there aren't refunds either. Even not the fanclub offers it.
Actually I won't go to a show without him.

Tickermaster USA does have a policy of refund if you contact them a week before the show for some valid reason after that it's upto the venue
