BWJBJ HELP!: HP London 28-06-03

Hi all,
London show is just one week away. it is clear that all the people outside of the UK have to pick up their tix from the box office. There are a lot of fanclubmembers from outside the UK going to this show.

Isn't there a way we can all work together and try and arrange somthing with BWJBJ and the organisers of HP, London?

It is too late if we do it on the day itself (allthough that if we can't sort it out now we have to do it then), but it is also wrong if we try and contact backstage or HP individually. Maybe we can send BWJBJ a mail or try and get contact with Kevin. Because there are so many fans who still have to pick up their tix, maybe they can open a special box office close to the backstage-entrance. maybe they can open the box office earlier (and at least early enough) so that every backstage-fan can get their tix and get back in the fanclubline outside the venue.

please help me with this; maybe you have a new or a better idea.... but do it quick because it's already so soon.

sas I have no idea what do do. I called everyone who could help us out, but none is able to arrange like you sugested .
We have as everything works out only 2 hours to pick up th etix, That means if they start on time.
The only thing possible is that someone inside the Uk is going to help us out.
Cause if you see my tel.bill you wouldn`t laugh.
So ....those living in London help us out somehow, cause if all the 1000 fanclubmembers with goldstanding have to picjk up the tix in 2 hours it will be a mess. Not so to speak about the fanclubline, cause most of them have to get out of the qeue, get to tm and try to get back...o man...that`s gonna be trouble and messy.
Please help us out and try to arange something.\Pick up tix at friday would be great....or at least saterday from 9 till 5 or so..whatever we will pay this persons salary or so..........................
