It sorta handles ok on the motorway, it'll do upper 70's sitting around 3500rpm. A bit loud, but do-able.

I see what your saying about journey time. Mapquest showed up 7.25 hours, so i rekoned it would be a minumum of 9 being realistic. Agghh....i dunno. The more i think about it the more im getting put off it!
