Default Central Park TM update

Ok I just called TM and was told that the tickets may not be released until 48hours prior to the event. The person I spoke to said that it's a promoter call not TM. This is getting freaking ridiculous!

This really pisses me off! If I would have known that I would have just picked up the tickets at Keyspan Park yesterday while I was in coney island.

Well that would be just great - NOT. I'll be in Boston by then. I guess I'll be looking for a place where I can print out my tickets. I take a laptop with me, but I do not haul a printer along! LOL

Because of going to Boston first, I'll be in NY no matter what, but I feel bad for people who decided to make the trip JUST for the CP show. Talk about stress! Are we going or aren't we? If we go, will we be able to get in? And a lot of people who were going to MSG are now paying for extra nights in a hotel in NYC (not cheap, believe me) because of this show. Again, hopefully it won't be for nothing.

I'm just really afraid that they're checking to make sure that only the people who received passwords are the ones who used them. This would really suck for me, I didn't get a password, my friend did, but I'm the one who took her to her first Jovi show lol....that would be really ironic.

So if it's a promoter thing we should blame MLB. I wasn't too sure there were people worse than Ticketmaster but this wouldn't be the first time that MLB has screwed me up for tickets

And yeah Terri - many of us will be in Boston 48 hours before the show. <sigh>

Well, if that's what they're doing, I'm in trouble, too. I have no idea why AEG didn't send me a password. I got the email from them that was sent out the night before the password emails, and I know for a fact that I am registered with them. I used the password that was sent to a friend who can't go.

I don't get it either, I registered with them at the beginning of the HAND tour, entered contests with them and everything. I only got that generic email too.

Ticketbastard really pisses me off. I asked them today to exchange West section tickets for East section, so that our group of friends can be together. The idiots said they wouldn't do it, because it was a complimentary show.

Whoaaaaaaah - just opened my mail after getting back from the Asbury Park concert and I got tickets from Channel 11

So I can quit sweating. I also have legitimate tickets through ticketmaster and if I do manage to actually get them it might offset some people that I know who are having ticket problems.

As I said at the beginning upon hearing about this show - what a pain in the ass.

I don't think it matters. I think that they just labeled them so they know for their own records about spacing and how many tickets are being out.

Think about it, everyone with a hard ticket has no seating information. It doesn't matter.
