I think I need to send a memo to the band. Along the lines of, "Thanks for trying to be nice, but in the future, could we just pay for tickets?" LOL This is definitely a case of "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it."

The Channel 11 thing actually came through Sweeet. You didn't get an email beforehand by them or anything, did you? Maybe I'll give my mail a good check today.

Nope - no notice, no e-mail, no nothing. And since I was away for two days I didn't even know about it til I got home today. Nice surprise.

I've been to concerts in Central Park and there is a big dividing corridor for emergency purposes. There'll be no seats, but there could be East and West sections.

I was honestly thinking about entering drawings like those, but as I am not COMPLETELY sure I will be able to go(I am in C.T from the 8th to the 14th) I didnt want to hurt anyone elses chances who could go.

I know for the channel 11 one you have to live in the tri state area.

Ah, well I would have been screwed for that one then. There were a couple others I found, some linked from this board. Glad people are getting em though. Much better people get them who are actually gonna go, than the ones who are just gonna sell em on ebay!
