Default Cleveland Show July 14th Added

http://www.wtam.com/articles/wtam---...dium-11327147/

Interesting that they are billing this as a Cleveland Brown season kickoff when it is months before the season starts. It's like they already know they'll have trouble selling tickets. Why would they decide to play a stadium in Cleveland when the economy there sucks and they just got a show a few months ago? Confusing move, especially with Detroit a few days later.

Yeah I was pretty surprised to see a Cleveland stadium show announced, for the exact reasons you just stated. They just played there a few months ago. It was a good show though, the webcast was great. But we'll see...

Surprised they're announcing new shows at all.

Is this show a part of the tour though since it's billed as "fans kick off concert"? Well...forget my question as I just got the email and it appears it is a part of the tour.

Oh crap! I'll be in Cleveland two weeks earlier for my parents 50th anniversary. I'm really surprised they're adding that show too since they just played there. I wish I had more than a day to make a decision since VIP tickets to on sale tomorrow.

80,000 seats to sell in 6 1/2 weeks? Pretty ambitious.

Why do they do this? It is not nearly enough time to make a decision for those considering traveling to a show. Granted, this is a minority of people. But why not try to maximize the number of people that might attend a show? Or at least consider that it is the right thing to do, giving your most loyal fans more lead time.

The short notice is sooooo frustrating, especially if you have to make travel plans and take time off work, etc. I'm leaning toward a YES though. Michael Stanley is the opening act and Michael Stanley was the first concert I ever went to at age 14. So there's a little nostalgia there!

I think this replaces the Indy show that was scrapped. Matt BJ said on Twitter that they were plannin another show nearby (maybe by looking at a map but Cleveland isn't that close to Indianspolis).

Oh boy... I think that in June they decide to move the concert to the parking lot of the stadium that the crowd can smell Jon better
