Remember those jeans with the roses that Richie wore in 1993? When I saw them in March in Knoxville they were starting to look a little worn. By July in Little Rock, they looked like they were rotting. LOL Jon had this blue shirt he wore in 2000. He came out on stage with a ripped sleeve in St. Louis. What a MAN! $182 million dollars in the bank and he's wearing a torn shirt.

its all about priority...

That is the strangest thing I have ever heard! I buy shoes every time I buy a new outfit. Lucky you though, I've never found a pair I could wear with everything.

As for them never changing, my only assumption is that they were filming for the QVC video and maybe they wanted to try to make it look like one show instead of multiple shows combined onto one DVD. Of course, the fact that they are men does play a pretty significant role here.
