Time to re-think how he would continue. The rest of the band can still play all of their hits. Only Jon has the problem.

He should make something like drop it 2 semitones more or sing only the parts he can, letting Dave reach the high notes (something like Bad Medicine). Or give his voice a rest for some time. Or plan less than 102 shows in a year!

It's aging and tiredness. His voice is naturally loosing her shape. The point is how he would deal with it...

Most of his fans does not care that jon voice suck, he just has to look good (cool, pretty, hot, cute), proof of that is this boring tour. Jon just have to keep smiling.
