Normally, judging by that video and from my own experience with singing when you're sick/exhausted/whatever, I'd say there's something wrong with him - be it a cold, allergies, out of training, whatever.
What bothers me though is that some songs/parts that actually have higher notes than Bad Name he does manage to sing ok, and on some other he fails so miserably that it hurts to watch the videos
Can't be certain, but I'd give him the benefit of the doubt (judging by the rest of the tour) and say there's definitely something wrong with him, whatever it is...
